Hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. The standard of hygiene was very high. There were excellent meal options and everything was cooked and presented beautifully.

This hotel is very beautiful, peaceful and special. The grounds are beautiful and the horses and stable are something to see and experience. Everything is top tier. This is an under the radar gem! Would definitely come back! 5 star all the way!

The Four Seasons in Casablanca is luxury at its best. The staff are attentive from the front desk, to house keeping to in room dining, every need is taken care of and you are treated like royalty. A fabulous hotel to stay in.

At a superficial level, this hotel is stunningly opulent with regular use of water features. I walk with the aid of a cane because of balance issues and the hotel offered too many risks of falling. As a result I didn't use the spa or plunge pool in my room. Staff were consistently brilliant. My room had 6 component and was spotless.

We just came from 2 other true 5 star hotels, so this one was a noticeable step down and not one I would rate as 5 star. Was actually fine for the price but not 5 star. Rooms were a bit rough with mold in shower and banged up walls, but otherwise fine. Great location near new city which was very interesting to see after staying in Medina.

Excellent stay at this beautiful Riad. The property is stunning, peaceful, and full of charm, but what truly made the experience special was the amazing staff. A special thank you to Issam at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Truly outstanding hospitality — highly recommended.
