Un hôtel boutique très bien structuré. L"intérieur était magnifique un décor entre architecture coloniale et moderne. Situé en plein centre historique de Carthagene.l"appartement est très grand superbement agencé.tres éclairé.je suis très sévère sur la note des hôtels habituellement, Pas cette fois ci.

We had a wonderful stay at the Charleston ! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old Cartagena (we had a view on the walls). We really enjoyed the warm welcome by the staff. When it comes to the room, it was so comfortable (especially the beds which were hard to leave in the morning) and really clean. The AC is a bit too noisy though, should be fixed. The breakfast was incredible, with a wide range of food and everything so fresh ! The food at dinner was delicious as well. Also, the view from the rooftop is just breathtaking, a 360° view on the city ! The spa staff should also be praised for its professionalism, treatments were great ! In general, the staff was really efficient, just some mistakes on the bill but they were fixed eventually. Finally, I’d like to thank Luisa from the guest service who brought us essential help to finalize our Colombian journey. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll come back for sure !

Très bel hôtel, site exceptionnel, mer magnifique mais nous avons vécu une très mauvaise expérience à la fin de notre séjour. La veille de notre départ, nous avons été victimes d'une intoxication alimentaire suite à la consommation de poissons à Isla Puntilla. Bref, nous avons été très malades au cours de la nuit, aucun médecin disponible sur le site, eau coupée chaque nuit dans les chambres et aucune aide du personnel de la réception. Parlant couramment espagnol, la communication était toutefois très difficile avec les employés de l’hôtel.
