The bathroom and the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper. The service was terrible.

Perfect place to stay, convenient location, 15 min walk from a direct tram (number 4) to centraal station. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless. Hotel bar is beautiful and cozy. Reception area lovely. Staff there were always incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The room (Deluxe) was huge, well placed mirrors, wardrobe size was great, shower was always good, bed was GIANT, with soft sheets and a comfy mattress. TV was in a great spot so was always comfortable to watch. Limited options for the TV of what to watch unless renting a film (roughly £10 each). The spa area was amazing. It was so clean, and well maintained. We were fortunate enough to experience the spa hut to ourselves my partner and I. The spa shuts at 10pm so a late night spa trip was the way to go. We would get what felt like private use of the pool, sauna and steam room and a little shower before leaving! Just all round a 5 star hotel and I couldn’t have been more grateful to have the opportunity to stay here, it allowed for me and my partner to have the best anniversary we could’ve asked for. I had a fantastic stay at The Hoxton Lloyd. The location was perfect, the hotel was beautiful and each staff member was amazing. Looking forward to returning!

I checked into the apartment with a group of 5 people total. The apartment is big enough for us, but the couch bed was not as comfortable as the middle one, which was sunk in while the head and back were raised. We stayed for 6 nights total. There was no cleaning during the stay. You have to ask for detergents downstairs to wash your towels every day. Each person gets one for the whole stay. You also have to ask for

Everything about Hotel 717 was amazing. The hotel was so clean and what stood out to me the most was the kind service that they offered. I really felt like royalty staying there. The amenities they offered made me feel so welcomed! As a first time traveler to Amsterdam, I can say that my trip was amazing because I stayed at Hotel717. I will gladly return back. If I could rate it 100000/10 I would! 5 stars!

The drain on my shower was slow.

staff were good, room was clean and I especially appreciated the complimentary beer and snacks. Didn't feel like I was being nickel and dimed.

Clean room,Kind and helpful staff..

Very clean, very well kept. Lovely staff. Nice little touch to put the suitcases in our room after we left them until check in time. Room was cosy with high ceilings and a lovely balcony door. Good tv and channel selection. Fantastic location for us. 6 min walk from the bus to take you to and from the airport. (Bus 397).

Good location. Close to but just outside the city center. Close to De Pijp. Friendly staff. Room was fine.
