Nice and clean!!

The hotel is nice enough. The staff was very helpful and responsive. One bad thing was the bed. It was hard as a rock and the spring creaked everytime you moved. Both of our backs were screaming by the end of the stay. (4 nights) I must say that we did not complain to staff until checkout because we weren’t going to pack up and move to a different room. Some of the other furniture in the room was very warm out as well. At the restaurant for breakfast the second morning we encountered a very rude waiter. When we were being seated by the hostess she was trying to seat us at the smallest table for two I have ever seen. So since we were the only people in the place, looking around a lot of the tables were these same tables, so we found one where two of the small tables were push together for 4. So we chose that one and she sat us there. Then this waiter comes over, grabs one of the tables and pulls it away, saying we have to leave this one for other guests. I looked around and saw we were still alone in the restaurant. Though out the breakfast he was just Abrupt when speaking to us. This can be handled with the tip, but it was very unusual treatment in a hotel like the Perry. Although it was very convenient to the marina where the boat were going out on was slipped, we would never choose this location again!!

I am actually shocked by the high reviews on Expedia. The site made it seem like this was a luxury resort and it is not! The rooms are clean and look nice enough but that is the best thing I can say about this place. We specifically booked this resort for its private beach. Upon arriving we found out the beach is unusable due to the seaweed. I get it, they can’t control that, but there should be a warning before you book! To add insult to injury, while out on a snorkeling excursion we could see people staying on the other side of the island happily enjoying their seaweed free beaches. Our balcony overlooked a rundown parking lot and was separated from the room next to us by a metal and canvas partition. The pools are small and too warm to enjoy. They also appeared cloudy and just skeeved me out. Room was never cleaned on day two. Elevator to our third floor room was out of order for 2 of our 3 day stay. Asked for a late checkout due to not being able to use any amenities and they gave us an extra hour. For the price we paid we expected a lot more.

The room need maintenance, more light in the room , the bed sheets looked old, the staff was friendly, for stay one day is ok

This is the best place to stay in Key West! It is a hotel but it has the quaint B&B vibes. The tiki bar by the pool is amazing and they are adding food soon which makes it literally perfect. Close to everything you’d want to do- walk or scooter. 10/10 recommend!

Había sargazo y no se podía usar la picina por qué el olor era demasiado fuerte, el aire acondicionado de la habitación estaba dañado y solo tenían una unidad portátil dentro de el cuarto que se notaba que llevaba algún tiempo puesta por el tape y todo, la ducha no funcionaba bien, no hay elevador y hay mil escaleras… No me fui porque era solo por una noche y pagué un precio alto por ser 4 de Julio pero para quedarse por varios días no hubiera podido con tantas cosas mal. El personal muy chevere, la localización muy buena, la picina muy linda.
