The staff were fabulous; very helpful and friendly, especially the cleaning staff and security guards (I met several, and they were wonderful and helpful). The room was a good size. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of TV channels. It was nice to swim in the pool. Overall, it was a really comfortable stay. The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown, with good security It is an older property, but it is maintained quite well. The free airport shuttle is fantastic. I recommend if staying in Port Moresby.

I was early for Check-in, They worked to upgrade room and apply an early arrival fee to gain access to my room early which made me feel uncomfortable. It seemed presented in a way that it felt like they were just working to get more fees as I rejected the first and subsequent upgrades. I did pay in the end to avoid any further inquiries.

Room is clean and the bed was comfortable. Best experience ever

I have stayed many times here and feel relaxed. Everyone goes out of their way to be helpful. If space is available I always stay at Airways.
