Was good

Our family of four, including two young children (3yo and 1yo), had a wonderful time at this hotel. The suite room was spacious and comfortable, and the daily cleaning staff refreshed our bedding and towels. The hotel staff throughout the resort was incredibly helpful and great with kids. Cash is easy to exchange at the hotel reception for a reasonable rate (lower than ATM or nearby exchange but convenient) The beach and ocean views were beautiful, and the weather was perfect for enjoying the outdoor pools. While the outdoor pools were unheated, the warm weather made swimming a joy. The indoor heated pool was also great for the kids, especially on overcast days or when we wanted to avoid the sun. The food options were diverse and delicious, but there was a slight issue. The restaurant closed for dinner between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., which was not ideal for our young children who would usually be asleep by 7:30 p.m. The snacks after breakfast and lunch were mostly reheated leftovers, which wasn’t the best. To avoid these issues, we used Glovo to order food and groceries for our kids when it wasn’t available at the resort. The front desk and security staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with taxi drivers and setting up excursions where the taxi driver would wait for us.

Good property, great staff.

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Casablanca and had a mixed experience. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay, and the service was consistently good. The accommodations, however, were fairly average for a luxury hotel at this price point. My biggest disappointment was the food, which unfortunately did not meet expectations in either quality or flavor. I also booked a partial ocean view room, but the view barely included the ocean and was much more limited than I anticipated. Overall, the excellent staff and service were the highlights of the stay, but the accommodations, dining, and room view left room for improvement.

A cockroach in my bed was a serious hygiene issue that completely ruined my stay. Equally frustrating, my £100 cash deposit has still not been returned four days after checkout. Every day I receive a different explanation and am passed from one person to another, from the General Manager to the Finance Manager. The General Manager has been courteous and responsive throughout, but despite his efforts, my deposit refund remains unresolved. A hotel of this standard should not have such basic operational and hygiene failures.

The stay was fantastic! Ellis and the entire staff were very accommodating and helpful. I will gladly return this Riad if coming back to Marrakech. I will also recommend it to any visitors I know.

Prime location which makes it easy to walk to the market. Very friendly and professional staff providing you with the utmost prestigious service. The rooms are very nice and clean.Breakfast is good, but nothing spectacular. I m giving 5 stars for the location and the service.

Mais quel incroyable week-end nous avons passé dans cet hôtel!! Le staff était super accueillant, le petit déjeuner est excellent (pain, msemen marocaines, jus d’orange, café à volonté, oeufs, fromages, olives, etc….). Je recommande à 100% sans hésiter. Nous y sommes restés 2 nuits et nous hésitions à en ajouter une autre tellement on a eu du plaisir!! Franchement top. I would 100% recommand this hotel to anyone!

great place - we were tired of staying in the medinas in morocco. much more spacious and airy.
