It was very clean. The staff is cordial and professional. Outdoor is fantastic, always chairs available. They have staff to take orders. The parking is not free but they have a lot of them.

Great place and is a great location (if not looking for the crazy part of Key West). Would give this place 5 stars if they kept up with it. Year over year we have stayed here and they are letting some maintenance go. One of the elevators not working was a drag. Lots of bird and iguana poo around the pool. Poolside bathrooms are a little rough.
Was surprised in 4 days no was power washing. Still a great place and will probably stay here again!
Staff is great and housekeeping was fantastic!
