The room very big and spacious. The room was right opposite the station to the Top of Innsbruck attraction. The hotel was at a great location and had some decent paid parking space.

Good size room with a good view of the mountain. Breakfast was good quality and quantity. Entrance was a little hard to find and parking is scarce.

Very friendly & helpful staff, amazing wellness area and superb food, both breakfast and dinner.
The only downside is the sound insulation between the rooms.
Overall a great stay!

Not being able to stop out front to off load luggage was a little inconvenient but after looping sprints 4-5 times we finally found a spot open next door to stop.
Room was lovely ! Beds/sheets were great, air conditioning actually worked, great view.
Not sure if instant coffee is popular in Europe but our if our 16 hotels on this trip we prepared when there was proper coffee but that’s not a huge deal .
Breakfast was great ! Lots offered . Staff was slow and it took forever to get coffees but that’s not a deal breaker. Maybe they should have a self serve machine instead ?
We didn’t use the pools but it’s nice they had them.
Location was he great . Super easy to walk around old town.
