South Side Waterpark Vacations

Location was perfect as the wedding we were attending was at the same site and, since I have difficulty walking, it was very convenient. The on-line pre-registration was an absolute nightmare for me and, because of that experience of trying unsuccessfully 4 times, and not succeeding I will never use Vrbo again. They had our payment 3.5 months ahead and the day I was arriving I was not even certain I even had a room or that there would be anyone at the desk!! That said, upon arrival, the desk clerk, Charaun, was a lifesaver when I explained the situation of trying to pre-register. The room did not have sheets and blanket for the sofabed so, thanks to Charaun, we finally got those and other room supplies which should have been in the room when we arrived but were not. Sofabed was very uncomfortable. There was no additional comfortable chair in my room as there were in other rooms of the same type (1 bedroom). They identified that there was a washer/dryer in the room but the closet was empty! All in all, the accommodations at that beautiful historic site were a huge disappointment, except for the grace and support of the desk clerk Charaun.

Room was clean and shuttle and parking for airport is great!
