Good location for city centre and train. Very basic accommodation that didn't look much like the photos online. The beds and bathroom were clean, which ticks the essential criteria boxes for me. However, the carpet needed a thorough vacuum, the bathroom bin had something in it when we arrived and there was a big hair in the shower. Only one hand towel for 2 guests & only 2 uht milk pots with tea/coffee facilities. But, it was cheap and convenient & I've been to worse! Staff were very welcoming and pleasant. The lifts were working and we never had to wait long for one. The room had a wardrobe with decent extras in it (iron, ironing board, hairdryer) but I only used the kettle. Bathroom had been modernised & contained nice soap & shampoo etc. I would return if I wanted a real budget stay but it was more of a "make do" place than somewhere to stay as a treat.
