Great experience!

Amazing views and great hotel. Very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved it.

The resort feels more like a hotel with extra flare and not a resort. They’re going through renovations and the crews starting early to beat the heat beat my alarm. The Mountain View rooms are true but with the construction in the picture. The staff was very helpful and delightful to deal with. I would wait until they have the new builds finished before staying. We came here for the kids to enjoy the water park which they enjoyed while we were here so our trip was fulfilled in their eyes. Lastly, it’s important to mention that parking towards the park is tight due to the construction. I’m sure in a few months there will be a better experience to have here.

The property is beautiful and very close to old town. The weekends in the pool get dangerously out of hand. People being wheeled back to their rooms from too much alcohol. The pool the next day was so disgusting! I went to the “quieter “ pool. That was beautiful and clear but a little buggy. Definitely need more umbrellas with the AZ summer sun. Restaurant was great. Best burger I ever had! There is a $200 per night incidental fee which is absolutely ridiculous. Most hotels charges 50-100 for that. Once I saw the pool drama plus the stocked bar in the room, now I realize why. Great party hotel but that was not what I was looking for this trip.

The breakfasts and the late afternoon snacks were fantastic. This is the first time that the paid food was worse than the free food. At Ironwood, it was an hour and 20 minutes to get our food and the quality was sub-par. At Toro service was quicker but quality was lacking for our breakfast. The hotel, its celebration of the fourth, and maid service was fantastic. Room is nice and amazingly quiet. I might stay there again sometime.

This was the BEST resort my family has ever been to! The property is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and clean, the gym is massive and the pools are exactly as you’d expect. The service and the concierge are above and beyond! Our kids are ages 6 and 14 and there was something for them both to do all the time! We will be back and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury resort!
