Tremendous historic hotel. Spacious & clean room, great views, courteous staff & wonderful location, gorgeous Art Deco restaurant. The hotel is amazing but is showing its age. All the more reason to stay to keep this landmark alive! Close to Great American Ballpark & all other downtown destinations. Easy parking for a good price. I was frustrated that due to a major difference in price from Hilton.com that I called two days in advance & spoke to the front desk & they informed me as a Hilton Gold Honors member I could still receive my perks of a food & beverage credit. I verified with two staff onsite at check in they confirmed again that I would still get my F&B credit and they were happy to add my member number to the reservation. My family was charged for an exceedingly expensive breakfast & then the credit was not applied. I called up reconfirm with the hotel & they now said they could not honor the credit. Overall great stay but disappointed by the way it ended on a negative note.

This is a really nice hotel. It’s clean and I like that you have to scan your key card to use the elevators. It lets you off on your floor. They also have a nice bar.

Enjoyable place to stay. The museum adds a unique experience and atmosphere!

I liked how there was little cafe for breakfast/lunch dinner / coffee very convent, nice hotel pool and gym, clean rooms with a living space. Made you feel like you were in your own little apartment only thing that would have been nice is a fridge for our drinks.

Older hotel that has been renovated. Spacious rooms, friendly staff. Clean, however mattress on hide-a-bed needs to be replaced. Small pool that’s good for kids. Covered deck with grill is nice for gatherings. Front desk has limited hours. Closes at 8 pm and was not open when we checked out at 9:30 am on a Sunday. Overall an average hotel, good for a couple of days.
