Does not have 24/7 room service. When you are starving because flights were cancelled and you couldn't get anything to eat all day, that is quite the inconvenience. A lot of the facilities are kept extremely cold, and the sound insulation is not good. You can hear the traffic outside and the people in the room next to you. Would I stay here again? Not unless I have to.

Felt let down on the quality of my room for the price I paid room was nothing special bar was under staffed and it took forever to get a drink my room was not ready when I checked in so I missed my dinner reservation

While at the bar, I was given free snacks. Got a slice of delicious chocolate cake at our room for my mother's birthday. We enjoyed the tranquility of the garden pool all day Sunday. Saturday we enjoyed the family pool with hot tub area near the rocks.
The gym is a paradise for anyone into fitness, ample weight room, track, sauna, steam room and beautiful locker room plus showers.
This was a great experience. I will return.
