Friendly staff, close to the center, not expensive, well priced, breakfasts included if you have a reservation, it does have laundry, close to the market, would definitely stay here again

The room and property itself was very nice. However, the communication from staff was extremely poor. At check-in we were advised there was a free shuttle to the airport, and we scheduled this on the spot. However, when we went to check out they advised us they had booked the shuttle for 5pm and not 3pm like we had requested. They then advised it was not possible for the shuttle to take us now and we’d need to make our own way to the airport at our own cost. They eventually arranged a taxi for us, but would take no ownership over the situation. We almost missed our flight so it caused unnecessary stress. We also had a similar experience when trying to alter our booking about 50 mins after the cut off, they were unwilling assist despite our flights being cancelled and rescheduled

The staff treated us like family. Patrick help save us from our tour company miscommunication which saved us over $1000. When we return to Cusco, we are staying at Apu Mountain Lodge.

We had a great time in Cusco and our hotel was fabulous. The staff was friendly and better helpful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Nelson, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. We would also like to thank to the bartender and everyone that have make the warm hospitality, friendly service, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is truly world-class. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will cherish the memories from our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!
