I had one of the more basic rooms at this hotel, so the room was compact with a single bed. For Switzerland, it was good value but if you have mobility issues, a bigger room would be advisable as in this one, you must step over the toilet to get into the shower cubicle. Very strange! I had a peaceful sleep, there was plenty of parking and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you are on a budget, then this is a good choice. Oh, and as others have said, the views are absolutely stunning from the breakfast room / garden.

Absolutely fabulous hotel and perfect location to enjoy the wonderful scenery - mountain hikes and swimming and activities on the lake. Duty manager so welcoming, helpful and friendly, advising us on walks on our arrival. Friendly restaurant staff and a great buffet breakfast to start the day with a much appreciated vegan selection. Lovely bakery on-site and covered walkway to the cable car opposite the hotel. Lovely spa area to relax after hiking, or to watch the rain from. Comfortable bed, fresh spring water, large balconies. No apparent air con, but nice just to have the window tilted open. Well served by buses
