North Shore Waterpark Vacations

We were upgraded to a suite which was great. So much room. While some of the common spaces are starting to show their age the room was great and fairly modern.

Amazing clean room fantadtic rooftop bar

A fantastic hotel right in the heart of CBD! There were a good amount of good restaurants and shops as well as attractions in the area.

The room was great, a lot bigger than expected. The staff were nice and friendly. We ate breakfast in the restaurant, it was not so good

The Hotel & room excellent, the reception staff & bar staff too! The meal in the Beast & Butterflies not such a good experience! Waiting staff great but a rare eye fillet steak was cut in half & overcooked & a medium rare sirloin so overdone had to be sent back! Replaced but 2nd steak was sinewy & tough not a good! A real shame...

Close to Newmarket Mall. Kitchen. Very clean. Lovely staff!

I don't use the pool or the spa these days.

Smell noted in room. Restaurant not very good.

Comfortable for an overnight stay

We have been travelling to 6 different cities in NZ and this by far was the best hotel. Loved every thing about it from the layout of the rooms, amenities, courteous staff. The breakfast was included. It was amazing! It had the best value for your money. Well done !
