The room was spotless and beautiful, but it could use an umbrella on the deck to go over the lounge chairs for those who didn’t want to sit in the sun all day. I saw that the huts with the pools did have an umbrella. Because it was too hot to sit on the deck we did take advantage of the beautiful pool and beach area and found a lovely cabana in the shade to sit in. The beach bar drinks were very expensive and not that good for the expense. For example it was $30 for a daiquiri. It was $17 for the cheapest mocktail. Therefore, we barely ordered anything from the bar. If the prices would’ve been half that we probably would’ve had five or six drinks for the day. The food was very good. The wait staff was very nice. The standup paddle boards were awesome!. The kayaks were nice. When I went on the stand-up paddleboard in the area around the huts, I saw five stingrays and a small black tipped shark. All in, I thought it was overpriced as we paid about $2500 per night when all said and done with taxes, etc and I thought the service would have been better for that price. We had better and more attentive service on our Windstar cruise for a quarter of the cost. For example about the service, I would have thought someone would help me carry in the paddle board instead of me lugging it up to the area. Little things like that one would expect when paying so much.

9/10 Wonderful! (510 reviews)
The hotel is located in a very good area, in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to shops and local amenities. A huge advantage is the beautiful, well-maintained, and clean private hotel beach, which is perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
The rooms are very clean, well kept, and regularly cleaned, just like the restaurant and other common areas. You can clearly see the attention to cleanliness and guest comfort. The food is tasty and fresh, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant.
Special recognition goes to the staff – extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling. The service makes guests feel welcome and well taken care of throughout their stay.
Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable and met our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.

Wow…Words can’t describe enough the service and stay at this Lodge&Villa. The yacht club is the closest restaurant that is walking distance with local performances on Saturday&Tuesday. My recommendation is to rent a scooter or rental car to experience the other local restaurants as to there are a distance away from the lodge.
