Beautiful and clean property right in the center of Edinburgh Old Town! Only issue was that the pull-out couch mattress was extremely worn out and uncomfortable - I had to sleep on the couch cushions on the floor.

Everything was ok good location too

Wasn’t aware until after booking that there is no reception, everything is sent to you through WhatsApp which is fine but if you need to store your luggage you need to go down the street to the sister hotel. Normally this is no issue but the receptionist was rude and when we were told to come back before 6 pm to retrieve our luggage, the receptionist was already gone. We fortunately got lucky and ran into other guests who were staying at the sister hotel who let us in. The hotel was quite lovely and spacious and very convenient to where we needed to go. Thank you

Such a unique place to stay. From start to finish wonderful customer service. Great attention to detail in the room and throughout the Fingal. Very convenient to the tram. A good place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh

The room was great, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, the location superb! It was a wonderful trip thanks to Virgin Hotel.

Located across the street from bus stop, walking distance to major transportation hub, bridge to Old Town, shopping, restaurants, museums, and more. I chose this hotel because it has air con & a king sized bed.
