Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff were great and the location of the hotel was perfect for us.
My only dislike was that I couldn't change the temperature of the room it was nice enough to open the windows but I attract misquitos and didnt want them in the room.
Would definitely stay there again and would have liked to try the spa.
They had the best breakfast out of all the places we went to.

Fantastic stay here. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Breakfast was decent with cooked to order options. The hotel is about 20mins walk to St Marc’s square.

The hotel is spectacular with its history and decoration you feel very special from arriving on the entrance from the dock on the Grand canal. But the real treasure is the staff of the Ca Segredo who all did everything they could to make our stay a truly wonderful experience. Thank you all we can't wait to come back 😎
