I loved this hotel. Excellent staff and a very comfortable bedroom with a four poster bed to the front of the property. The guest lounge with its roaring fire was very welcome after a long day. I would have liked a lined blind or curtain for the bathroom which could have provided more privacy from the road. Parking here is a real bonus and the buses for the city centre stop are just a short walk away. I would love to revisit this hotel when next in Edinburgh.

Perfect location, large space, clean. Happy to have found this place. Would recommend to everybody. But be aware that there are no lifts, so if you have heavy luggage, it may be a bit inconvenient.

A great stay. Travelled as 2 couples. Enough space to manage as our home base.
One downside is the timeliness of the washer and dryer combo. It takes a long time. But if you know that going in you can just organize accordingly.

Mar Hall has the opportunity to become a go-to destination, but it's not quite right yet.
Our welcome was excellent and we were upgraded which was a lovely surprise.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are so well appointed with great amenities . The staff at check in , at breakfast and through gout the property are all wonderful and so helpful and kind . I’ve stayed at multiple hotels in st Andrews but will be coming back to seaton house from now on. The breakfast is delicious and the bar is really nice !
