Pros: Great location. Very clean. Pleasant and professional staff. Large pool with lots of loungers. Breakfast Buffet had many options and was replenished often. Good variety of food options off the property along the beach.
Cons: No Coffee in the room.
A face cloth is not supplied with the bathroom towels.
No Iron or ironing board in the room. One could be borrowed at the front desk when available with a 20 Euro deposit.
Pool towels require a 20 Euro deposit per towel and refunded at the end of stay with their return. This was common in Cuba 20 years ago, but even there the policy has changed to providing without deposit.

I found that some members of staff should be more smiling (e.g. staff at the restaurant) or more customer-centric (e.g. check-in and check-out at the reception very transactional; not a warm welcome and at the check-out nothing like thank you for staying with us or we hope you enjoyed your stay, we look forward to seeing you again). There's definitely room for improvement in this area .

The main lift to all 9 floors from reception wasn't working for 2 days. We were 'all inclusive' and the range of food at meal time was exceptional. Restaurant staff were really efficient in cleaning tables when guest left. Overall, a great place to stay.
