Clean room and very friendly staff.

The hotel is nice and located close to the airport. The staff and the food are great. My only challenge was in the room with the Air Condition was not working. They had to fix it almost every day and I’ll wake up in the middle of the night sweating like crazy. They never switched my room and they never fix the air condition completely. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

It's an okay property. Airport shuttle was late which was the first sign of a mediocre experience. There is not spa as advertised, when I complained, staff just said, too bad. Bathroom was okay but on the first night was emitting an unpleasant odor. When I called the front desk, they said, nothing could be done until morning and I couldn't change rooms. I understand that the property was fully booked but it was difficult to accept that I had to endure for the night. On positive note, breakfast was good. Limited but solid options and tasty. Staff at breakfast were pleasant. Location was good, quiet and overall convenient to get around via rideshare/taxi. Overall, ok property. Ok experience. Not great, definitely could have been better, but also could have been much worse.
