Always a joy to lodge at Constance Prince Maurice. By far the best hotel in Mauritius with the warmest staff. Everybody makes you feel welcome and taken care of. Can’t wait to return in the future.

The hotel is beautiful with a lovely peaceful atmosphere. This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first. The staff are excellent and the food is delicious. The spa treatments are also very good. Great to be able to pop into the Medina using the free shuttle too. Thanks for another lovely stay!

Kenzie was an absolute dream. We had a long journey and my son was not feeling well when we arrived. The manager at Kenzie treated us like family. He offered us early check in. He made sure my family and I were well take. Care of. I honestly feel like we wouldn’t have Siri Ed the trip without him. Thank you so much for your compassion and hospitality. Everything about the resort was perfect. Beautifully manicured, good food, lots of activities, beautiful pools, and wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Our accommodations were stunning. We are so grateful that we chose Kenzie.

A very professional staff throughout the hotel, especially the front desk and Ismail in particular. The hotel is architectural stunning, the vision of one man and it shows. Everything about this hotel is perfect, as is their out of town swimming pool, and oasis of calm. My one criticism would be that the complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms should be replaced without having to ask....a small thing but important. A perfect holiday destination.

Clean room , nice breakfast, beautiful pool and view . Staff were slow when in breakfast . Had to ask for a spoon and glass of orange juice 3 times and still didn’t get it . Had to get up and go and get a drink myself . Room service was good nice and clean .

Breakfast was fantastic. Long wait times for tea and coffees but food was exceptional Rooms were clean and spacious although dark and poorly lit

Stayed for one night. Front desk was helpful and kind, contributing to the hospitality here. Breakfast was super versatile and rooftop was gorgeous, especially during sunset.

Pros- the staff is absolutely lovely and helpful. The location is also not so deep in the Medina that it makes it hard to navigate. This is important for those who like to wander or a solo travelers. The accommodations are quaint. The breakfast is also tasty. Cons- the sheets weren’t clean. My sheets had orange stains on them, my pillowcases black specks and my towels were unbecoming. Having experienced several riads now, please consider some form of better heating systems for the off season.
