I would not stay in this neighborhood or at this hotel ever again. Staff are inattentive and rude. Amenities are bare minimum and it was hard to just get towels when entering the room. Never received hand soap for the entire stay after multiple requests. Breakfast was good and staff in this area was good but quality of food was okay. Overall, the hotel should be reviewed by Minister of Tourism for how it poorly represents Morocco and its hotel industry.

Good hotel, but unfortunately the service let it down We recently stayed at Savoy Le Grand Hotel Marrakech and, whilst the hotel itself is beautiful and there were some enjoyable aspects to our stay, unfortunately the overall experience was not as good as we expected from a hotel of this standard. From the beginning, we had issues with our room. When booking, I specifically requested either three single beds or one double bed and one single bed and clearly stated that I did not want a sofa bed. Despite this, we were initially given a room with a double bed and a small, uncomfortable sofa bed. After raising this with reception, we were eventually moved to another room which was much better. However, this room was extremely far from reception. Normally this would not have been an issue, but our room keys repeatedly stopped working, meaning we constantly had to make the long journey back to reception to have them reactivated. Housekeeping was another major issue throughout our stay. Our room was either cleaned very late in the day, sometimes around 6–7pm, or we had to repeatedly ask for it to be cleaned. This became particularly frustrating because we needed basic essentials such as fresh towels and toilet paper. On one occasion, we actually saw the housekeeping staff in our corridor and asked whether our room would be cleaned. We were told it would be done within 20 minutes. Around 45 minutes later, we went back into the corridor and the cleaners had disappeared. We contact

The Hotel is great and have good atmosphere. It’s in very good location.

excellent hotel (clean , class et excellent service ) . the only and i would say the big glitch is the parking of the hotel resident is shared the casino customer and night club ... the audience are in party mood and drunk .. we had a surprise : Our car was wrecked by a guest of another guest who was likely intoxicated. Our first night was disrupted; we were woken up at 4:30 a.m. and asked to come down to the parking area... we didn't get back to sleep until a few hours later. The way the parking is managed is shocking—especially for a luxury hotel costing $800 a night. We ended up with a sleepless night and thousands of dollars in damages... truly disappointing. The worst part is that they are aware of this and it happens often...

Wonderful vacation, staff are Excellent trained, Amazing location, Specious and clean room , very helpful staff, service was extraordinary, to be repeated in future for sure
