Stay was for work, building under renovations but still clean

Room was generally clean. Tub drain slightly plugged, stood in ankle deep water having a shower, yuck! Bathroom fixtures need to cleaned of what looked like mould.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom Suite and have nothing but good things to say about the rooms. The resort is getting older so they are going to have to invest some of the profits back in to the facilities soon, it is showing its age. The check in process was great as it is all done electronically, there is a staff at the front desk during business hours if you do need something. We were disappointed with the 10:00 am checkout. There is definitely a lack of luggage racks.

Property was undergoing renovation. Our room was on the floor that was newly renovated so it was quite comfortable and clean with new furnishings. The staff was kind and helpful. The gym is small and not been updated. We were on the ski hill most of the day so the renovation work didn’t really affect us. Overall, I think it will be very nice once work is complete.

Beautiful & practical rooms. Hands down my favourite bathroom products and in refillable dispensers in stead of bite-size bottles. The complimentary coffee in the morning is a firm favourite too.

The cabin was wonderful. So rustic and cozy.

Great stay, Enjoyed the amenities

The hotel was very clean and in good condition. No free wifi was very disappointing, considering it's 2026. Would have been nice to have coffee in the lobby.
