Hotel was decent, nothing special. Booked and paid through Expedia then changed again for the room at checkout. Ordered and paid for drinks at the pool that never came. Pay attention to the changes when checking out.

The property and apartment were beautiful, clean, safe. We had everything we needed and everyone was very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay in this area!

Hallways and doors closing to rooms are extremely loud and very disruptful if your looking for peace and quiet. I stayed on the 35th floor.

This was the perfect place for our get away weekend. Close to anything you wanted to do in downtown Austin.

Stayed here for a two day trip. The area is very nice with lots to do within walking distance. The parking garage was difficult to find at first but the front desk staff gave a helpful instruction card to find it. The garage is quite narrow so be aware driving wider vehicles. The room was clean with lots of amenities. Our bed was a bit creaky on the first night and ended up caving in on the second night. One of the slats had broken but it was an easy fix. We loved being able to cook and have fridge space!

I always enjoy my stay at the Fairmont. I go there on business and it’s always very clean beautiful city view and the bar and restaurant are really good.

So let me start with a positive. It is a very clean hotel at least by 2026 standards unfortunately but it felt clean. Very no nonsense hotel elevator reeks of marijuana and the fire alarm went off at 4:44 AM on my first night there for some reason they just said we’ll fix it. TV has a mind of its own would turn off and on like another remote control was controlling it or something. I have no idea, but it was a stay as my new apartment I was supposed to move into had water damage so needed to stay somewhere else for a few days as I had already moved out of my other place, so it served its purpose should be about 20% less than what I paid though to be honest with you. Overall, a solid choice for a short day great location hard to access due to construction, but still, I know the area like the back of my hand.

We are locals and chose this hotel for a weekend staycation. We loved the vibe of this hotel, because it feels very upscale without being stuffy or sterile. Our room was large and had an amazing soaking tub that was my favorite part of the stay. The pool was busy but not packed. Highly recommend getting the frosé and burger while hanging out poolside.
