The hotel & staff were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint would be the breakfast. It didn’t have many options & some items were stale. It was mainly carbs (breads, bagels, muffins) not much to pick from.

Overall, I had a great stay at the Fairmont. The only downside was that my room had a strange smell, and the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working. Other than that, everything was excellent. The amenities were wonderful, the beach was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

There was a long line and no agents working at any of the check in stations when I arrived. I was told my room was going through "final inspection" when I checked in, but then waited over 2 hours for my room. The bellman yelled at me when I called to ask to have my suitcase delivered to my room, and I was double charged for the room. So the stay was overall not at all what I expected compared to the last time I stayed at the Fairmont a year ago. It was a complete disappointment.
