The staff in hotel was kind

The staff were nice enough , but the spa amenities are quite bad. The photos online do not do it justice. The only facilities that are nice are the ones that are brand new and not included. The steam room was full of mold and not functioning well. The pool Is in need of some upkeep. The hot tub was the only amenity we enjoyed.

Wonderful hosts - Graham and Sheena are extremely focused on making everyone’s stay memorable. The beds are extremely comfy too! Beautifully kept carriage house in a central spot to visit many gems in the area. Was a very relaxing enjoyable stay!

What a brilliant stay! Mar Hall is gorgeous both inside and out and the staff are exceptional. They really made our stay as they were very friendly, but very professional. This is a bit of a hidden gem and we'll definitely be back. Thank you all.

The hotel and restaurant staff are wonderful. Communication between wedding parties and receptionwhen only using part of the hotel facilities As a lot to be desired relucant to offer breakfast to the bride in her room . Ringing about evening meal three times when having hair and make such a shame its a lovely hotel

Great stop over. Family rooms well set up and comfortable. Breakfast staff were excellent and food was great. Only one small issue that carpet in room hadn’t been cleaned properly and found used tissues and fruit shoots bottles in and under the lower bunk but bathroom was spotless so probably just missed.
