Clean areas, friendly staff, lovely pool and location

The hotels definitely lives up to its pictures, walking around the grounds is breathtaking and the layout of reception inviting. Unfortunately the beautiful hotel missed some ambience. Lacking in music. Breakfast we decided to sample did not disappoint our taste buds, an amazing continental buffet style, with an additional option of ordering an array of eggs pancakes etc.. This was of great quality and alot of choice. The downsides to our stay was staff, a couple tainted the rest of the bunch. At night there was a friendly helpful bar person. But during the day not a smile to be seen and a word hardly spoken. Unfortunately we didn't sample the lunch and dinner menu as the rude staff once seated put us off partaking after giving them a second chance and still the same treatment we decided to venture out. Thankfully Elche didn't disappoint!

Really great accomodation in the centre of town. Perfect for the prom, centre, castle, station, tram, etc. Great communication from the team at Myflats which made it a smooth trip.

Great location with a roof top bar. Rooms spacious and well laid out. Car parking is a huge issue here so best to come in by public transport or use a multi story car park a little distance away (15mins walk and quite tight parking ) Beds are super comfortable and the rooms spotless.
