Liked: proximity and ease of getting to the beach, the food/buffet, the friendliness of staff, the gym was basic but sufficient Could be improved: Ants in room - lots of them crawling everywhere, even over phone when on it Sliding door in bathroom didn't close properly so no privacy Wifi - didnt work for us so we used our own data Shampoo/shower gel dispensers didnt actually work - the pumps seemed broken and couldnt be removed from wall so couldnt use No milk provided for tea at the self service areas, would be easy enough to provide little cartons. Had to buy milk from Spar

This property was extreamly clean and very affordable

Lovely hotel & general staff all very nice. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Food in adults only restaurant was hit & miss, food in main buffet seemed fresher. Lots of lovely restaurants along the marina within walking distance.

The pool is nice and it’s on a great area but the food was a massive let down and I would have expected better from this brand.

Location excellent, beach is 5 mins walk. Hotel is very clean and most of the entertainment team are very friendly, they have a lot for guests to join in with inc fitness, games, sports. Pools are lovely but it can be difficult to get a sunbed due to people reserving beds and going away, this is sometimes addressed by staff but not often. Plenty of choice of food, pretty good, signage could be better. Drinks are very reasonably priced, we were HB due to not eating or drinking enough to justify extra cost of AI. Vast majority of other guests were French and there didn’t seem to be any interaction between guests, something which I have enjoyed in similar hotels in the past. Los Pocillos is a lovely area, some great shops, restaurants and Marco’s bar, great for an after dinner walk, drink, shop. Centre of PDC is quite a long walk but buses are great and cheap.

Lovely hotel with great amenities and excellent location. The room was excellent and had a selection of great pools and bars/restaurants. The Marina is a 1 minute walk away and has amazing shops/bars/restaurants. All the staff were friendly and were happy to help with anything. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of food and drinks and the quality was very good. The only one slight bad point was the bed mattress was very hard. We would definitely visit again if going back to the Island.

My friends & I came for a relaxing break just to spend time with each other, decompress & relieve stress. We were able to do that here because the ambiance allows for it. All the neutral tones provide that calming feeling you'd want. The crowd is more...mature. Many were the basic European couple or family & it looked like they were of retirement age. As an observation, there weren't very many of us mixed variety guest in the 30's range aside from us & a speckle of others. However, we weren't going for a party scene & we had each other so it wasn't a big deal. Many nights they had a live band & the Entertainment Coordinator was great at hyping up the crowd to dance & enjoy the vibes. There are three restaurants that require reservations so make those in advance if you can. Also be mindful that La Graciosa has a tasting menu for dinner. The all you can eat had a pretty decent turnover of new food being replaced when it first opens but when they're about to close thats when you see the dregs of what's left. If I had to complain about that it would be some of the meats could be a bit more seasoned (more of a preference issue) & I would have wished they had longer time slots for each meal session instead of feeling rushed. I knocked off a star for the service is because: 1) we were not provided the rooms we requested but they tried to compensate by giving us access to both rooms. 2) We didn't get quality CS from Rafael at the Shack. I had to go request for it. We'd return though

Amazing hotel. The staff are very helpfully and friendly. The location is very easy to get to from the airport. Once there it is extremely quiet and peaceful
