Hotel was fabulous. Modern look, clean a beautiful room. Staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful. Pool was great. The hotel is located right in the middle of things on 5th Avenue @Naples.

In just one year, we’ve visited the Hyatt Vacation Club in Bonita Springs four times — during the summer, fall, winter, and now again this summer! That alone shows how much we love this place. Each visit has been equally special, no matter the season. The atmosphere is peaceful and family-friendly, the grounds are always spotless, and the natural surroundings are beautiful. It’s the perfect place to relax and recharge. We especially want to thank Sam at the front desk for his outstanding kindness and attentiveness. Every time we arrive, he welcomes us with a warm smile and is always ready to help. His genuine care makes our stay feel even more like home. We wholeheartedly recommend this resort. It has truly become our year-round getaway spot. Thank you for making every visit memorable!

Overall, the hotel was very clean. The staff is amazing. The pool is great and the overall service. highly recommend thank you.

Maybe because I booked on Expedia and not with the hotel directly, the room was horrible. I had called the property to make them aware that it was a special time-my husband's birthday, the room as well as the location, left a lot to be desired. Thank God for Mae, the receptionist that changed our room the next day. The stay improved after that..the beach is beautiful

Property seemed to be old ceiling in bathroom was covered with mold bathroom sink took all night to drain no air conditioning in lobby area this is far from Hyatt standards best thing I can say was breakfast was good I would not stay at this property ever again
