Just follow check in instructions and this is a beautiful place to stay. We had a lovely ocean view and the room was clean and comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner were tasty with plenty of options.

This a nice hotel in a great location. I’m glad I got to stay here. My room was modem, large, and clean. I appreciated the helpful staff and how housekeeping brings you chocolate in the evening! The breakfast area was well presented with a large selection of foods. In the evening I wanted to eat in the restaurant because it was late. There was no one there eating or any staff around. So I asked reception and they checked and said they were still serving. So I went back and still no one to greet me. I went to the other reception area and the person there recommended a good restaurant that was open late and not far away. So that was helpful and I appreciated that. I did feel like I wasn’t given much information when I checked in. Like the fact that I had to go to the other side of the hotel to access the gym and spa. ( there are two separate wings and reception areas) I also wasn’t told that there are limited hours for the gym and pool. The gym and spa area were great. It was the nicest, biggest hotel gym I had ever used. I really appreciated that amenity. I had a great 25 minute massage in the spa. I was unable to use the pool or jacuzzi because they close very early and I didn’t realize that. I went up there and it was not very inviting. It’s more of a bar area. Not many sun loungers . The staff did not seem friendly or welcoming. So that was unfortunate and took away from my stay a little bit. Overall it was a nice stay, but I did expect a little more from a 5 star hotel.

We booked this hotel at the last minute after a flight delay meant we missed our ferry connection. What a find! A beautiful hotel nestled away in the old town, this really is a stand-out. Our room was beautifully decorated & was super clean, spacious & very comfortable. We didn’t have time to stay for breakfast but I’m sure it would’ve been lovely. Friendly staff too. Thoroughly recommended.

L’appartement #303 est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à peine de la place centralede Split. Très propre, calme et bien équipé. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux , et servi par un personnel très courtois. Lors de notre arrivée, le responsable à l’accueil nous a aidés en répondant à plusieurs de nos questions. Recommandons fortement !

Loved this property. Amazing value for money. Loads of activities and the food was incredible!

Toiletries need to get a little upgrade. Room is little small. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very quiet with gorgeous views.

Very well presented property within an easy walk of the main restaurant strip and the old town. Extensive resort style amenities and very helpful staff. Makarska was a surprisingly delightful town, full of life but without the hustle and bustle of other locations. Highly recommended.
