We’re nice hotel just wish the pool was open later instead of 9

Purchased breakfast as an add-on to our 4-day hotel stay: * The first morning service and food were great. * The second day, there was one individual waiting tables for the whole dining room. The server refused to ask the chef if they would accommodate a special request. I ordered, but never received my drink and condiments for breakfast. * Third and fourth day, breakfast was mediocre. Conversely, I can't say enough about the woman working at the hotel check-in desk. She was extremely helpful and pleasant.

It is nice to stay at a non-chain property. The decor is really charming, the staff is excellent. The breakfast is very good for a freebie - especially the fruit. We enjoyed dinner at Basso one night. Bed is very comfortable and the shower was so excellent - I wish my shower at home was like it. Two things I would suggest - replace or cover the glass pane on the bathroom door so the light is not intrusive if someone uses it at night. Add a charging outlet to both sides of the bed (We only saw it on one side - maybe we missed it). Our stay was excellent - the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional.

Yes, the Breakfast bar was fresh. I would have; however, preferred eggs cooked to order and waffles on the menu.

Air conditioning worked and controlable. Parking was easy and safe. Walkway from parking to lobby could be more inviting.

The best hotel in STL by a mile. The service and food are a big step above the rest. The room is what you would expect in a Four Seasons, serene and elegant.

Nice property in the St. Louis area! Very clean and luxurious feel to it. Very safe area as it is up in the mountains and away from the city, police department is even next door. Everything is in walking distance. Our room had a very comfortable king size bed, a couch, nice chair with foot stool, desk with computer chair, fridge and small microwave. The continental breakfast even had Jimmy Dean sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. We were only there one night so we didn't get to enjoy any of the onsite amenities. It is rated as a destination and venue for weddings, etc.

The pool is gorgeous. The fire pits and outdoor restaurant rocks. The area by forest park and zoo and museum is amazing. Very dog and baby friendly
