There was a pocket door not working when we arrived and they said it could only now be fixed when the unit was not occupied but we dealt with it!

Gorgeous property! Spacious villas. Beautiful walking trail with incredible views. Mini golf, movie theater, crafts, spa all on site and a really fun pool area with good food!! I also get sad when I travel and I can't find diet Coke in a can . I enjoyed a crispy diet Coke from the lobby shop each night.I wish we would have had more time. We will definitely be back!!

I think the hotel location is wonderful, affordable and well maintained. I do believe that the customer service with some of the front desk is not welcoming. Especially the person that checked me in. I compared her to the others and there was a stark contrast. Her presence also changed the way the others behaved too (I had a 5 day stay). It seems she may be in a supervisory role. Great hotel, I would return. please provide customer service training to front desk staff. All other employees were wonderful.

Second visit this year Kitchen oven was broke both times same unit With a broken dishwasher to added to the kitchen experience

Our room was upgraded for our anniversary, which was a nice touch. However, there were some stains on the carpet and couch, which was a little disappointing. The lighting throughout the room was also quite dim, and the bathroom could definitely use better lighting. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout our stay. My family also sent champagne to our room for our anniversary, which was a thoughtful surprise. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication and we never received the chocolate-covered strawberries that were supposed to come with it. The restaurants overall were very nice, especially TASH, which was a standout for us. The main pool area, however, felt very outdated and did not look quite like the photos shown on the website. I did see that renovations to the pool area are planned for this winter, which should be a great improvement once completed. Another downside was that there didn’t seem to be bartenders consistently available at the outdoor bars, likely due to staffing issues. When ordering drinks, the staff also wasn’t familiar with some of the cocktails listed on the menu. Overall, we enjoyed our anniversary stay and appreciated the attentive staff and dining options, but there are definitely some areas that could use improvement.
