The best thing about this hotel, undoubtedly, is the location. It is within walking distance to Park 93 (Parque de la 93), which is a fabulous area with tons of extremely good quality restaurants, lots of people and families walking around and having fun. There was also great entertainment at night. It is a very safe place. I'm afraid the hotel is definitely not very well kept; the carpets in the halls are stained with bits of paint which looks terrible. The deco and paint are dated. The breakfast is okay but not great. The staff was good but several times I got tired of calling the front desk at night and there was no answer. Last. On two occasions, at around 2:00 am, my husband and I got awakened by someone, who probably was drunk, shouting near our room. Absolutely disgusting. I would never stay in this hotel again. There are better hotels in the area. I just did not have time to research more. I booked this in a rush.

Staff was dismissive and lacking in service very much. Ordered coffee at breakfast, never received it. At dinner, ordered wine and received very small glasses, then it took having to wave staff to come over to then pour another little glass. Staff did not want to help with anything.

You can’t rest here. Between the loud clubs nearby and the house keeping ringing your bell all morning it turns into a nightmare

Lovely hotel very close to shopping (big mall nearby). Three different restaurants in the hotel to choose from and great amenities overall.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Great location and very friendly stuff. Will definitely stay here when I’m back in Bogota next time.
