For the first time it did not take forever to get checked in. And staff was nice. My complaint is I tried to book my stay directly with west gate and the customer service staff was not helpful at all I ended up booking through Expedia where I get very little point with Expedia but it was a seamless process!

The staff was super friendly, and quick to assist with any needs that were brought up. With that said, the property is aging quite a bit and could use a fairly substantial refresh. This would include inside the Villa (which we stayed at) and the grounds in most of the area. Many trees & bushes needed significant attention..
The room was very very clean though, and that helped with the overall experience.

Very niche beautiful spot close to Disney and quiet but urban setting. Felt bougie and sophisticated. Serene. Beautiful room and luscious spa fragrance when you enter. Helpful staff. Would definitely go back.
