Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. Very clean room, friendly staff, loved the pizza downstairs.

Everything in the hotel was great! Walking distance to restaurants and stores.

The property was nice and the room was comfortable. We experienced just a few inconveniences: It took a very long time for the hot water to get to our room on the 20th floor, so much so that we thought the hot water was broken. Also, housekeeping came very late (after 430p), so we were never able to get our room refreshed because we had always just gotten back from a busy day when housekeeping came. The restaurant/bar was very nice, but the bartenders were not very attentive: one evening they came by to tell us that the kitchen was closing and even after I asked for a dessert menu so I could order something, the bartended never came back to us. The bar was not busy that evening.

Unquestionably exquisite. Quiet, despite its busy location. Kind and informative staff. Comfortable rooms with excellent space. I will return

Great property with great service.

The hotel is lovely. We had a last minute scheduling issue and the hotel was not particularly flexible, which was disappointing, but the hotel is beautiful and the staff was really helpful once we arrived.
