Clean room

Felt more like a three star than a four star hotel. Beds not very comfortable, one small pillow per bed, rough, small towels. You have to ask for a key to the gym, per day. Good location, nice room overall.

The staff were lovely. However the hotel is tired and needs updating. The toilet didn’t work in the room. There were fingerprints on the furniture and the tiling grout etc was tired. Breakfast was good and the lobby area is nice but the room itself was disappointing

Great hotel and staff

Good hotel but I wouldn't say it's worth such a high rating. The main door has no seal so you can hear everything on the corridor but also at night the light on the corridor turn in when someone is passing and instantly lights the hotel room too because of the spacing around the door. Breakfast was ok but repetitive since it's not buffet. Bathroom also not sealed so all the steam goes in the room. Staff was helpful with things when asked.

Great hotel. In the city centre so most things were walkable to. The staff were very helpful with recommendations for where to visit and restaurants

LOVE this hotel. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Plan to eat at least one dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was amazing. Lots of people came to eat at the restaurant that weren't even staying at the hotel. Didn't eat breakfast but if dinner was any indication it would have been great. Rooms were very nice. Modern bathroom with good water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Great location just a short walk to the main square. If we go back to Valencia we would stay there again.

Excelente ubicación. Algunas personas del front desk fueron amables otras no. No colocaban jabón en los dispensadores del baño.
