Nice rooms and dinner buffet. Really good food, presentation was really nice. Coffee available 24 hrs. Located close to the city center. Free large water bottles in rooms and they replenish them. Most hotels give you two small bottles or none. Nice robes in the rooms to use when the AC gets cold.

Wonderful place, beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. The beach is a must, delicious breakfast and the service is excellent. This is an exquisite hotel with a calm and elegant atmosphere, free from the loud merengue and reggaetón music often found at other hitels. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a more tranquil experience.

Very nice stay. The room was very comfortable. The pool area is a dream. Staff are very helpful. My only suggestion was that in my view the internet was a bit slow. Breakfast was excellent. Overall I will certainly return there

Nice, comfortable hotel close to airport with very helpful and friendly staff. Bed had decent mattress and sufficient pillows. Restaurant provided decent food, well prepared and tasty. Breakfast buffet had decent variety and an egg station for cooked to order eggs. I wish more bottled water was provided. There was only one larger bottle for the coffee pot. Drinking water was in the minibar for a charge. However, I recommend it for travelers staying in Santiago. It is a good value for a comfortable stay.

First time staying at the Lifestyle crown residence suites and I loved it. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. All the time Making sure that everything was okay. The suite was very clean, the food at the restaurants was vey good. Thanks to the guy at the front desk who made the check-in so easy, and to Jenifer Perez for calling me next morning of our arrival to make sure that everything was okay or if i needed anything else. We will definitely come back again.
