Clean room. Lovely staff. Breakfast was lovely. Pool was heated even though it was off season. Great location and very safe! Would highly recommend.

I am returned guest to this hotel on multiple occasions due to the excellent service, helpful staff, and nice spacious rooms. I highly recommend this hotel.

The warm welcome by the front desk staff, including giving us complimentary breakfast during our stay got things off to a great start. At the front desk, they stock fresh citrus water, along with apples and these amazing raisin biscuit/cookies that were inhaled by me! Our room was large, clean, and I loved the smaller size slippers. We ate one night in the hotel and the wine was wonderful, along with a lovely pea soup and cheese dish, along with watching one of the World Cup games on a TV brought into the dining room, which was appreciated by many. The breakfast buffet was very nice, and there was plenty to choose from, whether you were gluten free (Sin TACC), vegan, vegetarian, or had no food restrictions. The only thing we didn't like was being on a lower floor and the traffic noise was a little loud, but that is why I always bring my earplugs. The hotel is in a great location and there is lots to do and see in BA.

Amazing hotel from multiple perspectives: 1. Rooms - spacious and beautifully designed. We stayed in room with king bed x2, and the rooms were able to be connected when asked to provide convenience. Marble all through the bathroom, large bathtub, with heated floor to provide comfort. Nice sized bed with good support with comfortable mattress + pillows providing a good night’s sleep. Block out curtains, turndown service without requesting. 2. Location - walking distance to Palaza de Mayo, close to nice cafe and restaurants 3. Service - attentive and quick, front desk speaks good English. Was able to offer earlier check in at 12pm when asked. 4. Breakfast - buffet breakfast provides more options of fruits, sweets and pastries rather than savoury food which was fine for us however would have loved to see more Argentinian based savoury dishes. À la carte option also available. Overall great experience, would definitely stay here again! Recommended to anyone who would like to enjoy a great rest whilst visiting BA.
