Cattus Island County Park Scuba Diving Vacations

Lovely staff, beautiful place and comfortable room. A home away from home.

Wr always love staying here but this past time was disappointing. The computers were originally down during check in which caused us to wait on line for over an hour. Then we found out that none of the keys were working so after checking we were told that people were on the floors letting us into our rooms. When we got to her room door we waited 20 minutes for someone to come let us in and we were unable to come and go as we pleased. I understand some things are beyond control but I feel like we should have been given some sort of room credit for the inconvenience. Nothing was offered

A clean and comfortable room convenient to in town dining. A few blips at check in that were resolved in an efficient manner. Valet parking was a pleasure.

If anything, the staff was too helpful. Check-in was at 4pm, room is in great condition but then staff tried coming in at 7pm same day! While we were in there. Weird but okay. Found the do not disturb button afterwards and set it to on. Following morning we went out for breakfast and shopping, came back and the room was cleaned again. Figured okay, maybe it’s mandatory to come in mornings regardless of the do not disturb sign. Not gonna make a scene. A few hours they tried to come in yet again in a not so opportune moment with the wife. Now I know the do not disturb sign was on and the toggle lock was up, they stated they were coming in to check the mini fridge to restock. At this point, this is a bit ridiculous, honestly. I can’t fully feel relaxed with housekeeping constantly coming in whenever they feel like. Otherwise the room and amenities were great, and we were there only two days but I’m a bit hesitant to book there again with the too helpful housekeeping.
