9.4/10 Exceptional! (220 reviews)
The room was initially extremely dusty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly for a long time. It was also quite dark and poorly maintained. Even the coffee machine and other complimentary facilities were dirty and unhygienic, so we didn’t feel comfortable using the complimentary coffee or other amenities. We had to clean the room ourselves before we could use it.
However, when we raised these concerns with the manager, he was very attentive and took steps to address the issues. He also made sure we were comfortable for the remainder of our stay. We appreciate his understanding, responsiveness and efforts to improve our experience.
