Beautiful stay with amazing views/setting and the staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly Puneet who checked us in and the restaurant staff (I forgot to get their names sorry!) who were very attentive and gave great recommendations. Food was also delicious, highly recommend the Indian! And really recommend booking the hot tub and sauna. We will definitely come back!

Room was clean and breakfast was good. Rooms are very spacious, and decor is amazing. Staff is super helpful and friendly. But, hotel is very noisy. Make sure you don’t get room 15 unless you are deaf and/or sleep like a rock. It is directly over the party room and reception, and there is also an almost constant thumping in the walls all night (pipes?). Then, in the morning the music at reception will wake you up. (It was so loud that when we went down for breakfast, we had to yell to speak to the receptionist in the morning; my husband was frustrated that he could not hear her at all over the music). But, when we asked about it, a member of the staff generously moved us into the other building, which was relatively quiet. But, our new room reeked of very strong body odor and had no windows that open. We turned on the bathroom fan and left for the day, and that helped, but the bed (pillows) still stunk strongly. I would suggest laundering the pillows, comforter, etc. or throwing them out and replacing them. For room 15, I strongly suggest putting ONLY people attending events in that room, no matter when a reservation takes place. In other words, anticipate that you will have events and hold that room (and nearby rooms) for event guests only. Put early, non-event-related bookings in the other building straight away.

Absolutely amazing. The staff, the property, the food, and the comfortable beds! I recommend highly.

only complaints were water pressure was poor in the shower and it took a long time to get hot, but the room was clean comfortable and very nice. Breakfast was great Other minor complaint was it was about a 10 minute walk into town. Overall I would go back in a heartbeat

Beautiful oasis in Glasgow. Really enjoyed the hotel restaurant and quality of food and service. Definitely would come back to this place.

The gorgeous property, beautiful gardens, friendly staff and exceptional food.

The staff were exceptionally nice. The room was clean. Plenty 9f parking. Breakfast was good. But the evening meals were expensive and not as good as I would expect given how much they cost. We had our last meal there and as I'm a vegetarian, I'm limited anyway. They could not adjust I was told as the meals came ready made - so microwave food for £15 to £20. I ended up getting soup.

The Ambassador Hotel is beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and professional! The hotel is in a lovely locations, the rooms are all unique and have lovely views, comfortable beds, and luxury bedding. The restaurant is top notch!!!
