The hotel has a great location if you’re looking for St Mark’s square proximity. Breakfast was nice. Just be aware the hotel has an annex and you may end up there. You leave the hotel, go down a short alley, through a small courtyard to their annex building. The room was ok but we would have preferred the main building. Breakfast is in the real hotel. Also, for those who care, English language tv is scarce and inconsistent.

Good location by the water bus stop on the Grand Canal and thankfully a bit away from the crowds of St. Marco district, which is easy 10-minute walk away. Big room, marble-everywhere bathroom, comfortable bed, strong AC, BUT the carpet in room 101 should have been replaced 10 years ago. Guessing it used be white, but now it is gray-ish and covered in dark stains all over. Oddly, a porter entered the room "to check the minibar inventory" while we were in the room resting in the afternoon. Why the inventory count was not done during the cleaning earlier in the day??...
Not a 5-star hotel category.

The location is great- a two minute walk from Duomo and San Babila. The room needs major upgrade. Good size but old. Also walls are thin so I heard people in the next room shouting very early in the morning.

Great breakfast and the staff was extremely helpful. There was however a loud music venue near by that made noise till about 10PM. Not sure if that’s a every night thing

We asked for room upgrade but claimed not to have. Our friends who stayed at same time had much better and bigger room. Lots to eat at breakfast but not a lot of state.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The front desk staff were super helpful with recommendations on where to eat. Our room had a view to the water canal where we could see gondolas pass by. It was a bit noisy however, but we were on the main level floor. Overall I would highly recommend, location is central, staff are friendly and super helpful and the hotel itself is beautiful.
