Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. Room was very clean, staff was very helpful. Location is ideal in the center of town and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, the pier AND the airport! You can technically walk to the airport. Perfect stay and location.

The staff is outstanding. It’s very close to town. It’s very close to any beach. It has a magnificent view from the dining area. Breakfast was delicious.Things that I wish it had would be at least a small pool. I highly recommend it

Hotel was beautiful and in the best location! The pier for tour pickup is right out front and everything is within walking distance. Max greeted us at check-in and was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The breakfast was great and filling, with an amazing rooftop view. The only negatives were: we had confirmed hotel pick-up, however no one was there when we arrived. I think just a miscommunication using the chat feature. The water pressure in the shower was low with no hot water, which was no biggie for us, but maybe a deal breaker for others. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, friendly, and comfortable don’t even begin to describe it. Easy walking distance to everything. You really can’t beat this place in San Cristobal. The staff really sets this place apart- when a cab I set up for myself didn’t show up to take me to the airport, the front desk staff dropped everything they were doing and ran out into the street to flag a cab down for me. I also forgot my AirPods and a portable charger in the room, I sent a message to the hotel when I realized expecting to be disappointed. THEY GOT THEM BACK TO ME ALL THE WAY IN THE UNITED STATES AT NO CHARGE. YOU CAN’T EVEN MAIL THINGS DIRECTLY FROM THERE TO HERE. These are honest, hardworking, dedicated people running this hotel and it shows.
