(488 reviews) The quality of service at Casa Lola was impeccable. The staff was always very professional and the room itself was promptly cleaned. The hotel itself was exactly like staying at an art gallery, very picturesque. Don’t get me started on the Restaurant, food and drinks were always first class. Breakfast every morning was a delight, with signature options from various cities in Columbia and American and European option as well. Every amenity outside of this hotel was within walking distance, so nothing ever seemed out of reach. I would recommend this hotel 10 times over for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Cartagena. The front desk manager Jorge was very helpful setting up a luxury trip to the small island of Sabai off the Islas de Baru. The restaurant staff learned about my mom’s birthday and Gina led the way in organizing a celebration with balloons and cake! This is a trip we’ll never forget not only because of the beautiful amenities but also because of the dedication of the staff. Can’t forget to mention the server on the rooftop pool, he pampered us like we were royalty.
