A little old decoration. It needs renovation. The lights in the room were very dim. Breakfast was not great.

Everything was great! Despite all the reviews, the food was AMAZING! The service great! The only thing i would make a note of was they have a bird named Coco and if she doesn’t like you, she’ll chase you! (First hand experience) but overall, 10/10 would recommend!!!

Could get most alcoholic drinks. There was a wait sometimes at the pool bar to get our mixed drinks. I think the had to get them from the main bar. Always served with a smile

If you are visiting Cartagena, you must stay at the Sofitel Santa Clara. The property itself is visually stunning, packed with fascinating history, and perfectly located. Our room was elegant, exceptionally clean, and featured a beautiful balcony overlooking the historic pool area. The breakfast buffet is hands down the best in Colombia, offering a massive spread of fresh tropical fruits, local pastries, and flawless service. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff—the butler and concierge teams went completely above and beyond to curate local itineraries and handle every request with grace. Highest recommendation! Pedro in the reception area, Luis Carlos at the Restaurant went above and beyond and everybody at the hotel made our stay so perfect, we always like to comeback to Santa Clara every time we go to Cartagena!!

We stayed here for four nights and it was absolutely heaven. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Talia at the front desk and Marina at the restaurant. Our room was so comfortable, the generous credit at the restaurant was great, and we loved being in the middle of things while still having a quiet oasis to come home to every night and relax. Can’t recommend this place enough for a romantic, peaceful stay in a beautiful spot.

I loved the hotel. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive. We experienced a few issues both before and during our stay, but they handled everything quickly and resolved them in the best possible way, which made us forget about them. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Excelente lugar lo único malo fue el tiempo que decidimos quedarnos te quedas con ganas de más tiempo ahí la atención el personal súper atento y al pendiente el lugar está hermoso excelente para relajamiento y si te gusta la corona como a mí este es el paraíso súper recomendado el cuarto otro paraíso aparte súper limpio con todo lo que necesitas y más
