Lake Cumberland Scuba Diving Vacations

I checked out after the first night because of significant noise and cleanliness concerns. The surrounding area was extremely loud, with bars and late-night partying nearby, which made it difficult to sleep. I also found the parking inconveniently far from the hotel, and I did not feel comfortable or safe walking back and forth, particularly at night. When I checked out early, I specifically asked the front desk about canceling and refunding the remaining two nights of my reservation. I was told that I would be refunded for those nights since I would no longer be staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, I never received the promised refund. I understand that hotel experiences can vary, but I am especially disappointed that I relied on what I was told by the front desk and was still charged for two nights I did not use. I would not have checked out early without confirming the refund first. I hope the hotel will honor what its staff communicated and refund those two nights.

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and polite. Check in a breeze , the bartender amazing, our room perfect. Would definitely recommend it.

What a treasure. Rose Hill Inn is a beautiful property walkable to shopping and restaurants. The owners are delightful… so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and we had anything we needed and then some.

So if you stay here,,make sure you get there during business hours,,which Vary. No check in 24hrs a day! Plenty of Weekly renters there, who like to sit outside late and talk.room rates vary dramatically based on where you book them. Staff,what little there is,is friendly,but not knowledgeable. Rooms were okay,,clean,,old furnishings. Mattress was comfortable. Don't expect much from the breakfast offered. Overall Okay at best experience. You pay for what you get. Pool was nice!

Check in was good. The room when we arrived was very humid with even the carpet feeling damp and we were a late arrival of 10 pm. So if this can be checked in the afternoons it would be helpful.
