Very kind and helpful staff

This location is not in town but in Marina Grande. We really liked the location. Much quieter and less people then in town so just depends what you prefer. It’s right on the water which we loved. 15 minute walk to town and a free shuttle that runs and will take you there. Great restaurants in this area. There is a pool but it was very cold so not heated. The lounge chairs only get sun in the morning but this was in September so maybe different during the summer. There is a beach club near by also. Note a car can’t get all the way to the hotel so when you get dropped off it’s a little bit of a walk. Although the hotel has a parking garage. We can in a Van and that can’t go that far. There is a great roof top bar which has a beautiful view. Staff is unbelievably helpful and nice. Breakfast was included and a huge variety to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is vey close to the main square and easy to get to from the ferry port although there are a few steps so be wary if you have heavy luggage. The clerk/ owner? Helped us going up the stairs once we got to the reception. Rooms were clean. Restaurant was right outside the doors to the rooms, so very convenient

The Staff was so lovely and accommodating. Great breakfast buffet and the views from the hotel are amazing!!!
