The rooms and the hotel are solid. Bed was comfortable. I think because it was dark in the room (dark carpet, dark decor) it wasn’t my favorite. Bathroom seemed fine. Everything feels just a little dated and it’s odd the way you come into what feels like an office building - taking an elevator up and check in at the concierge desk. But staff was helpful when asked. It was overall good but nothing about the experience was exceptional.

It was such a joy to stay at the Park Hyatt for our wedding! The staff at the Hyatt went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. It was all fabulous from the staff, to the food, to the beautiful views.

Our room was exceptionally clean with all the amenities. And we were especially impressed by the staff - everyone was friendly and anxious to help. A most enjoyable stay. We look forward to the next!
