Place was great didn’t have towels but host provided them in a timely fashion. Problem with this facility is there is no outside access past the lobby the rest of the area requires a magnet key fob system to move from area to next area to access you rental. If you arrive after hours there is no way to get to your rental bc the key fobs are inside the rental behind the locked doors. I arrived after midnight due to work schedule luckily the key fob system was acting up and I found one entry door not locked after walking around the outside of the facility twice. So check in after hours was the only problem.

This Omni is in a beautiful location. It’s very clean and the pool, fitness areas are gorgeous. All of the staff were very helpful and seemed so happy to be working there. We will be back!!

The hotel was clean, and the staff were great. Perfect location to walk around downtown.

The lady that checked me in was amazing. The bell man had to take another guest somewhere and so when I checked in she went and got my bag herself. She also had my car retreived from Valet when I said no one had told me about the credit I would received if I self parked and she made that right by crediting the valet back to my account and changed it to self park.

This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.

Love that we can park our car for a cruise.

It was our wedding night and we had never been to this particular hotel. The valet saw us in our wedding dress and suit and he immediately asked my husband and I had we been there before. When we told him no, he immediately showed us how to get to the lobby of the hotel which was on the 7th floor of the building. Not too long after we got to our room, a young man knocked on our door and said that the hotel was giving us 2 complimentary bottles of champagne to congratulate us on our wedding. was accommodating and friendly and the room was very clean and welcoming. We will definitely be rebooking with this hotel when we come back to Houston to visit
