My phone number was not set when I arrived. I responded to a request for my number via Expedia. I also call to speak with someone to make sure they had what they needed. I got voice mail and left a detailed message about my arrival and my phone number.
When I arrived the lock was not programmed to the last 4 digits of my phone number. I called in, but every time I selected one of the options, the phone disconnected. I continued to call and press different options until one time, someone answered.I was so thankful as I was at a lost for what to do. This would have been a bad situation if I had come in later at night.
After this situation, everything went very well. The communication and support was great for the rest of our stay. Lovely place
